About the map / behind the scenes:
It has been in my mind to give out a small course or practical exercise for teaching Quake mapping to some friends from the Doom community, with the disadvantage that id1 isn't my preferred "mod" to map for... So well again i mapped for Vanilla ! (another last map i feel like Aerosmith at this point).

This map is pure style mapping i do: Action focused, pick your path and a bit of verticality to not make it pretty straightforward this time (a bit, it becomes straightforward in some point)

Bear with me in this paragraph, the name is a joke because: A metal can't become a non-metal element, Chlorine is a non-metal element (Gas), and there's no specified metal, the name makes no sense because a Metal can't be non-metal, A metallic chlorine or chlorinic metal it's impossible... This explains that it makes no sense im making an ID1 map but for fun i'm doing it (hold on my info_null hacks baby).

The map is a bit of a show off of Quake vanilla, it doesn't have any info_null tricks... it was mean't to end right after killing the first vore... but to show off potentially the liquid swimming a bit, I've put a pool then an exit, while the feedback that a remaining confrontation by Dumptruck was the best way to go i was scared due to the protocol 15/666 distance unit but i could pull a small final confrontation, and i also added some more enemies in Hard / NM. (an extra thanks to Em3rald for finding a leak because i didn't ran the VIS Checker profile on my trenchbroom)

The map contains coop spawns and also deathmatch spawns, Deathmatch is functional... it wasn't playtested directly in match while Rabbit and me tried with nQuake/EzQuake.
